When you use Nufero's services, we may collect the following types of information: • Customer CSV data — You may upload CSV files containing customer lists, purchase history, or audience segments for analysis. We only use this data to run the specific reports and strategies you request. • Email addresses — We collect your email address when you book a call, request a free audit, or sign up for any of our services. We use it to communicate with you and deliver reports. • Usage data — We automatically collect basic information about how you interact with our website, such as pages visited, time on site, and referring sources. This helps us improve the experience.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: • To run analysis — Your uploaded data and campaign information are used to generate the brand audits, intelligence reports, and strategy recommendations you've requested. • To send reports — We use your email address to deliver completed reports, audit results, and any follow-up materials. • To improve the product — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data helps us understand how people use our tools so we can make them better. We never sell your personal data.

Nufero integrates with several third-party platforms to deliver our services. When you connect or provide access to these platforms, their own privacy policies also apply: • Meta / Instagram — We may access your ad account or page data to analyze campaign performance and audience engagement. • TikTok — We may pull campaign metrics and audience insights from your TikTok ads or creator accounts. • Klaviyo — We may connect to your Klaviyo account to analyze email and SMS marketing performance. • Stripe — We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We only access data from these platforms with your explicit permission, and only for the purposes you've authorized.

We retain your data only for as long as it's needed to deliver the services you've requested. Once a project or engagement is complete, we delete uploaded CSV files and campaign data within 90 days unless you ask us to keep it on file for future work. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct any information that's inaccurate or incomplete. • Delete your data at any time by contacting us. • Withdraw consent for any data processing you've previously authorized. • Export your data in a standard format. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
